RISA is an independent advisory practice bridging corporate governance, risk management, and capital markets for founders, businesses, and global investors. We operate across a corridor connecting the United Arab Emirates, India, the United Kingdom, and Singapore — linking the Gulf, South Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia into a single strategic view.

Our work spans two connected verticals. The first, Governance, Risk & Compliance, covers board advisory and governance structures, regulatory and compliance frameworks, risk management, internal controls, AML/CFT programmes, ESG and sustainability governance, data privacy, and corporate secretarial services — serving startups, founders, and established organisations. The second, Capital Markets & Private Market Investments, covers investment research and evaluation, angel funds and investor networks, private equity and private market opportunities, due diligence, and investment advisory — serving investors, founders, and stakeholders evaluating opportunities.

RISA also runs THE RISA VIEW, a live analytical feed that surfaces governance, regulatory, and capital-markets developments across the corridor, each headline paired with independent RISA analysis of its impact. We publish policy notes, research papers, and thought leadership on international governance, regulatory, economic, and investment matters.

RISA was founded in Dubai, UAE in 2021 by Paresh Buch, Sahil Buch & Rizwana Buch. Our philosophy is simple: business is a chessboard, governance and capital are its two halves, and the game is won at the intersection.
